Whether you hold a commercial subscription or use the open-source editions, here is how to reach us and find what you need.

## Commercial support

If you have a commercial subscription, email us at **[support@postsharp.net](mailto:support@postsharp.net)**. Response times depend on your product and edition; see our [service levels](https://postsharp.net/support/policies/sla).

## Resources

Documentation, public issue trackers, release notes, and security advisories for each product. Our issue trackers are on GitHub, and you do not need a subscription to open an issue or report a vulnerability. The documentation links land on the getting-started guide; the rest of the reference is a click away.
